Eli Black celebrated his first birthday
on Oct. 13 by grabbing handfuls of his birthday cake.
He shot warning glances to those around him to just try
and stop him from playing with his food. Eli is the son
of Jimmy and Amanda Black of Lansing.

Autumn at Oz. Lucas Ryan Phillips,
as the miniature Tin Man, visited the Land of Oz on Beech
Mountain and posed for a picture with the Wizard of Oz
characters. Lucas is the son of Jessica Rash Phillips
and Travis Phillips.
