Last year, The Conservatory of Dance & Theatre brought
The Nutcracker to the Ashe Civic Center in West Jefferson with
all shows being sold out. Two performances are scheduled for
this year, on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the
Ashe Civic Center.
Jane Lonon, executive director of the Ashe County Arts Council,
is delighted to welcome back the Conservatory to the Ashe Civic
Center. "The productions of The Nutcracker last year were
such dazzlers that we immediately invited Dr. Johnson to bring
this ballet back to Ashe County in 2008," she said.
Tickets for the Ashe Civic Center performances will go on sale
at the Ashe County Arts Council on Nov. 15. All seats are reserved.
Contact the Arts Council at 336-846-2787 to purchase tickets
for this performance or for more information.
