What used to be known as Bark, Roots and Shoots has expanded,
changed the name and added a bigger
selection. Cultural Health Revolution now offers vitamins,
supplements, herbs, a tea bar, fruit smoothies, coco mojo, immunity
herbs, belly dancing, yoga, workshops and health coaching with
a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.
"As a Certified Natural Health Professional, I can consult
with you on matters of vitamins, such as the deficiency, minerals,
nutrition, homeopathy and more," said Michelle Beitzel,
owner of Cultural Health Revolution.
"I would be happy to assist with setting up a personalized
daily vitamin supplement plan, identifying which vitamins' and
minerals are needed most, discussing nutritional needs, custom
blending teas and personal alternative health coaching. Wellness
begins here. Wherever they are is where we start," said
Beitzel.
One hour consultations are offered for $65 with a half hour
follow up for $35. The first consultation will be used to discuss
health goals and where the customer wants to go.
Follow up appointments are recommended once every two to four
weeks. Tuesday and Thursday morning appointments are available
and new clients are now being accepted.
Tai Chi Classes are offered on Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
and the cost is $15 per class.
Yoga and belly dancing classes are both offered weekly.
Cultural Health Revolution invites everyone to stop in for current
events and classes and try a warm cup of Pumpkin Chai Tea while
they are there. Customers can also get a taste of organic chocolate
and stop by for tea on Tuesdays. Cultural Health Revolution
will offer an Artisan Tea through December and a Natural Medicine
Cabinet will be offered, starting in January.
Classroom space is available for wellness related projects.
The business is located at 113 North Jefferson Avenue in West
Jefferson.
