Back by popular demand, local musician and master potter Glenn
Bolick spins old-time bluegrass on guitar and banjo. A descendent
of some of the first Appalachian pioneers, Glenn preserves the
art of his people through music, stories and homespun jokes.
His family members will also accompany him on stage to perform
various songs including 3-year-old Hannah and many other young
Bolicks.
Audiences will also see and hear a history lesson about early
American toys and instruments.
This special presentation will take place at the Mariam and
Robert Performing Arts Center in Blowing Rock on Sunday, December
7 at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $10 and are available now by calling the Hayes
