Antler Realty changes locations

Owner sees opportunity in lieu of recession

Antler Realty has moved its real estate office one mile up the road to 3175 Tynecastle Highway in Banner Elk

.
The new office space was formerly the old Iverson Art Gallery. The new space was totally renovated by RPM Construction Co.

“I am very excited about this new location,” Antler Realty owner Julia Heinlein said. “Being right next a well known T-shirt and souvenir shop has given us a lot of tourist walk-in traffic. We are giving away free maps of Avery and Watauga County.”

Antler Realty specializes in properties located in Sugar Mountain, Seven Devils, Beech Mountain and Banner Elk.

“There has never been better real estate buys in the High Country than right now,” Heinlein said. “Some people see recession; I see opportunity.”
