Several talented kids took center stage during Shooting Stars on Friday at Farthing Auditorium. For more photos from Shooting Stars, see the Watauga Democrat photo gallery at WataugaDemocrat.com. Now in its 11th year, Shooting Stars showcases the talents of Watauga County students. All work is independently judged by professionals, who insist that the performers meet a number of different criteria, including stage presence, talent and originality. Note: Due to venue policy, all photos were taken during dress rehearsal on Thursday.
