Rotary receives top award The Rotary Club of Boone has received the Presidential Citation Award from Rotary International president D. K. Lee of South Korea. The award was announced at the Rotary District 7670 Conference held at Myrtle Beach, S.C., the first weekend in May. Rotary district governor David Sink of Hendersonville (right) and club president Fowler Cooper (left) are shown attaching the award emblem to the club banner.
